Hello All!
So you already know I’m obsessed with my Farm Fresh to You CSA deliveries. However, I did notice that despite the crazy variety of items that are offered, I was kind of sticking with the same basics. So, I made a rule for myself. Every other week, I was going to try something new. Now this could mean that I’d leave something in my box that I wasn’t familiar with, or if they loaded up my box with the basics, I’d add something new. Sadly, some of these additions died a slow death in my crisper because I’m human and I gravitate towards the familiar. But all in all, I’m happy with this experiment. I shared the delicata squash recipe that I used on Thanksgiving and in that vein, I’d love to share with you the recipe I used for rainbow chard last night.

Allrecipes is my favorite food app so it’s become my go to. I just type whatever ingredient I’m trying to use up and then pick from the results. This one both looked yummy and I had all the ingredients on hand.
I made it to accompany the preseasoned salmon from Costco. Both took about 30 minutes which is always a huge plus for a weeknight meal. My only note is that where it calls for a pinch of red pepper flakes, just use a pinch. I may have overdone it. The only modification I made was halving the recipe because I had one large bunch of chard. It came out delicious.
