Please DO NOT feel guilty for taking care of yourself when it feels like the world is going crazy. You have to bring peace to yourself in order to create peace in the world. What does this peace feel like to you?
For me, it’s Tuesday night Yin yoga, a bi-weekly massage, making sure my oldest friend and I actually get together for dinner (as opposed to just saying we should), and switching from the news to something that will make me laugh.
There are a million little things you can do every day to create peace in your life. And I promise it will ripple out into the world.
