I wholeheartedly believe in the Law of Attraction. What you focus on increases. Also, when the student is ready, the teacher will appear. But holy cannoli, I think my Lenten promise to get out of my comfort zone and break free of my limiting beliefs has opened a floodgate! Teachers that I’ve admired and observed from a distance have seemed to ramp up their messages in the last week. Or maybe I’m just paying closer attention? Either way, it’s both exciting and overwhelming.
My inbox is chocked full of information and I’m so excited to develop my skills and take them to another level, while at the same time building my business. The end game is that I’ll be able to reach more people and better serve my coaching clients. My goal is to pull everyone out of their ruts. If it was as simple as reach out and pull, I’d do it in a heartbeat. But since it’s not, I’m committed to learn the skills necessary to accomplish my goal.
Today on my commute, I’m listening to a replay of a webinar Gabby Bernstein and Marie Forleo hosted last night. Tonight, I’ve traded my TV time to listen to a talk from Lisa Nichols on Inspired Speaking. Saturday, I’ll be in another webinar with Marie Forleo learning about online business skills. Then, on March 5th I start her B-School. In my “spare time” I’m still listening to the audio book of You Are a Badass at Making Money.
Everything you want to do in life is possible, but if you’re not willing to explore new ideas and learn new skills, you’ll end up right where you are now. So, yeah, I’ve got some work to do. Stay tuned.
